Open Book EPC Contracts

Open Book Estimate (OBE) contracts are crafted to achieve a realistic project cost with a focused schedule, incorporating a fair and transparent risk-reward sharing mechanism. OBE contracts provide clients with advantages such as predictability in final costs and the flexibility to make midstream adjustments to optimize outcomes.

Grigford has established a strong track record as one of the few global contractors successfully executing OBE contracts across various sectors, including refining, gas processing, pipelines, and petrochemicals.

We are frequently engaged as OBE contractors during the Pre-FEED stage, where our early involvement significantly enhances the design, engineering, and procurement processes.
